Brian Van Hook is the founder of Van Hook Sports Performance Training. After graduating from College with a degree in Exercise Science, Brian continued to further his education by becoming certified by the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and completing numerous courses developed and designed by National Strength and Conditioning Association, the worldwide authority on strength and conditioning within industry. Brian has been a S & C Specialist for over 11 years and has trained hundreds of athletes for around the country helping them to become quicker faster and stronger! Brian is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with an emphasis on Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention.

Brian enjoys what he does and take a hands on approach with all athletes. At Van Hook Sports Performance all trainers are ex-Professional or College athletes AND Certified from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), have a degree in Kinesiology or another certification from a sports medicine governing body to insure safe and proven training practices - not just a fly by night company.
