Congratulations to Van Hook training alumni Nikki Johnson!! The NFL network film crew followed Nikki throughout the day including a workout with yours truly at Van Hook Sports Performance. She really is a great athlete; it has been a pleasure working with her for over 2 years now. I wish her all the best!
